2. Identity Verification (KYC)

You will be asked to submit valid government-issued identification — such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card — along with a selfie or other proof of identity as requested.

3. Deposits and Payments

Bar777 does not accept deposits made by credit card or via cryptocurrency. Attempting to fund your account through unsupported channels may result in a delay or return of funds, and Bar777 will not be responsible for any delays caused by transactions made through unsupported methods.
Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Typical processing times vary by payment channel, and delays caused by bank or e-wallet processing are outside Bar777's control. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact Bar777 support with your transaction reference number.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment channel — GCash, Maya, or a Philippine bank account registered under your name. The name on the destination account must exactly match the name on your Bar777 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, KYC verification must be completed. This is a platform requirement that applies to all players regardless of the amount being withdrawn. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of the request.
Withdrawal Processing Times
Bar777 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Processing times depend on the payment channel selected and may also be affected by peak periods or additional verification requirements. Bar777 does not guarantee same-day processing for all withdrawal requests, but works to handle them as promptly as possible.
Bar777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reason to review the transaction — for example, if a large or unusual withdrawal is flagged for verification, or if there is a pending KYC issue on the account. In such cases, Bar777 will contact you through your registered contact details to resolve the matter.
5. Game Play and Betting Rules
All bets placed on Bar777 — whether on live casino tables, slots, sports markets, or other available game types — are final once confirmed. Bar777 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in the case of a verified technical error on the platform's side.
Live casino games at Bar777 are conducted by real dealers on physical equipment. The outcome of each hand, spin, or round is determined by the physical action that takes place on the live table. In the case of a disconnection during a live game, the round result stands as it was recorded by the live studio system.
For sports betting, odds and markets are subject to change up to the time a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that wager. Platform Errors and Malfunctions

- Bar777 does not honour winnings that result from a known or unknown software malfunction, display error, or incorrectly posted odds.
- Players who knowingly exploit a platform error to place bets or collect winnings may have their accounts suspended and associated transactions reversed.
6. Promotions and Bonuses

The specific terms of each promotion — including any eligibility requirements, minimum deposit conditions, and applicable wagering requirements — are published alongside the promotion itself and form part of these Terms for the duration of that promotion.

Attempting to open multiple accounts, use another player's credentials, or otherwise circumvent bonus conditions is a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of any bonus or associated winnings, along with potential account suspension.
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension and Termination

- Operating multiple accounts on the same platform.

When an account is closed for a Terms violation, any balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a violation, remaining verified balances will be returned to the player through their registered payment channel.
You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting Bar777 support. Account closure requests initiated by the player are processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance at the time of the request will be returned after standard processing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bar777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While Bar777 works to maintain stable and reliable access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside Bar777's control may result in temporary unavailability.
Bar777 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failures, browser incompatibilities, or third-party service disruptions (such as delays from payment providers). Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bar777's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
